2019 Bare Burro Nude 5K & Beer Mile – Buy Pictures

It was another fun and active weekend with an amazing group of participants for the 10th annual Bare Burro Nude 5K and 3rd Annual Naked Beer Mile Fun Run.  Thanks go out to the runners, walker, skippers, joggers, beer drinkers and fun-lovers who helped make it such a great experience.

Bare Burro and Beer Mile 2019 Picture Orders

Another great year with over 350 registered runners for the Bare Burro Nude 5K and over 100 for Naked Beer Mile Fun Run!!  Great weather, good people, some really skilled and competitive runners and a lot of fun! Thanks to all participants for a great day.

If you participated in the 2019 Bare Burro Nude 5K Trail Run and would like to order your pictures, please fill out the form below.  We’ll send you a low res image and a link to purchase the high resolution image(s) for $12 for as many pictures as we have of you.    We only send pictures to registered participants and only of yourself. Anyone else in the photo will be cropped or blurred.   If you were running with friends, partners, spouses, etc. and want a picture that may include them (we can’t guarantee those pictures exist) add their name in the Friends section, and have them fill out a form and name you.  If names match up, we’ll share any pictures that include both of you without any cropping or blurring.

If you ran in the Naked Beer Mile Fun Run you can also use the form below for pictures! We don’t have quite as many pictures, but we’ll send what we find of you.

Thanks again for being part of it this year.  Olive Dell Ranch is open all year, so come by again and do some hiking, running, camping, or just relaxing by the pool.  Next year the Beer Mile and Bare Burro will be Saturday April 25 and Sunday April 26, 2020.  Look forward to welcoming you back then.

2016 Bare Burro Nude 5K at Olive Dell Ranch

Not Too Wet, Still Wild

Despite being the coolest and dampest Bare Burro ever, over 250 people turned out for the annual event, with over 200 of them participating in the run.  There was about 5 minutes of rain, 10 minutes of sun, and just as many happy smiles as always.

This was a highly competitive year, with 25 finishers coming in under 30 minutes.  That may not sound too fast, but when you consider it’s a challenging and technical trail run with LOTS of hills, it’s very impressive.   We also had new course records set.  A first time participant set the fastest time by a woman at 24:28, placing her 1st for women, and 5th in the overall run.  And another first timer set the record for running barefoot at 32:42.   Full race results can be found on the Olive Dell Ranch website.
